Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 3-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country.

What Is My Tracking Number?

 You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. It is also available through your Order History on your profile under your order status. Orders are fulfilled in 2 to 4 days.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply go to the 'Track My Order' tab on the top of our website, and enter your email and order number. It will show you where your package is.

 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
